Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Artist Freelancers (if any) and other team members to refine ideas and implement feedback effectively.
Create and iterate on concept designs, including environments, characters, props, and key visual elements;
Utilize AI- assisted tools (e.g., generative AI, image enhancement tools, workflow automation) to improve efficiency and accelerate idealization and production;
Explore multiple visual directions and propose creative solutions based on the product’s needs;
Ensure visual consistency and quality throughout the production pipeline;
Contribute to mass- production workflows by designing saleable and reusable visual assets;
Review and analyze documentation provided by the Game Designer (including world setting, art direction, gameplay mechanics, etc.) to develop visual concepts aligned with the game vision;

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in mass- production pipelines or high- volume asset creation.
Experience integrating AI tools into the creative workflow.
Strong proficiency in Photoshop and digital painting.
Experience in mobile game development is preferred.
Strong ideation skills with the ability to develop distinct visual variations.
Solid understanding of lighting, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, or related field.
Ability to receive feedback and work effectively under deadlines.
