Assist in other matters as required by the Management of the hotel.
Assist in review all accounts daily and periodically to ensure that all accounts are correctly and timely updated.
Taxation compliance and reporting.
Ensure that all journals are verified.
Manage daily and periodic accounting tasks with planning, accuracy and correctness.
Work with team accounting team to ensure that special accounting accounts such as creditors, debtors, inventory accounts, cash accounts are checked with the trial balance and that the balance, debit and credit amounts are verified and details supported.
Review the trial balance and ensure each account verified and supported with detailed documentation.
Financial reporting.
Ensure that all accounts are correctly booked and the such correctness is checked daily and periodically where possibly to be done in prior.
Tax declaration and tax returns preparation.
Prepare supporting documentation for the general ledger journals daily and month end.
