General Accountant

Job Descriptions:
Accounts Payable & Receivable

Record AP/AR transactions promptly and ensure correct accounting recognition for trade transactions.
Perform AP reconciliations as required by policy (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Manage AP settlements for local vendors (raw materials) to ensure timely and accurate monthly payments.
Drive efficiency in AP trade and non- trade management for local vendors.

Fixed Assets Management

Oversee the asset lifecycle, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
Conduct physical audits of fixed assets.

Compliance & Taxation

Ensure statutory compliance with local and national tax regulations, corporate policies, and applicable laws.

Financial Reporting

Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, capital expenditure schedules, and other financial reports.

Process Improvement

Train users and monitor new processes as needed.
Introduce best practice tools to accelerate transaction processing and reporting.
Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes.

Qualifications & Requirement

VAS hand- on experience and full basis knowledge is a mus
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3- 5 years of accounting experience and proficiency in accounting software, especially Dynamics 365
Detail- oriented with strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Language proficiency: English (speaking, writing, reading, listening)
