We are seeking a highly capable
General Manager
to lead the launch and expansion of an international steakhouse franchise in Vietnam.

Ensure strict compliance with SOPs and brand guidelines from the international partner
Oversee P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization
Collaborate closely with the franchisor to maintain product and service excellence
Build and develop a high- performing team (recruitment, training, and leadership)
Drive business growth and execute expansion strategies in Vietnam
Lead the full setup and operational launch of the restaurant in line with franchise standards
Report directly to senior leadership

Yêu cầu công việc

Solid understanding of franchise operations and international standards
Fluent in English (required for working with international partners)
Minimum 3 years of experience as a GM / Operations Manager in F&B
Strong background in chain restaurants, western dining, or steakhouse concepts
Strong leadership and team- building capabilities
Proven experience in restaurant setup or pre- opening projects
