Revenue Growth & Targets
Drive sales to meet or exceed revenue targets and profitability goals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage a high- performing sales team.
Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance the team’s skills and productivity.
Product Knowledge
Develop a deep understanding of the company&039;s dyeing and printing services, production capabilities, and competitive advantages.
Communicate technical aspects and benefits of the products to clients effectively.
Collaboration with Operations
Coordinate with the production team to ensure order timelines and quality standards are met.
Address and resolve any client concerns regarding production schedules or product quality.
