* Position Summary:
- The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates the installation, maintenance, and repair work in Pistachio facilities. You will manage a small team, regularly inspect the factory, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign manpower to do good maintenance service to satisfy the production&039;s requirement for smooth production activity and comply with all regulations.
* Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:

- Manage inventory, plan spare part materials
- Program PLC if requested by management
- Plan a schedule and carry on repairing, doing corrective, and preventive maintenance of machines which ensures the minimum downtime for production.
- Make proposals to improve the machines&039; performance.
- Take initiatives in modifying and fabricating machines to facilitate production needs.
- Cooperate with relevant to conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Support training of team members in electrical expertise.
- Maintain facilities in the first- class condition through housekeeping, 5S.
- Other assignments if required by Maintenance Manager, Factory Manager.
- To supervise maintenance operators & ensure tasks are completed safely and in accordance with company regulations. Train and develop people to enrich their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure all types of machinery and equipment are in good condition and ready to be put into production.
- Prepare work reports and send to direct manager monthly

- To be entitled to request and recommend superior innovation, and improvements in work.
- Independent in implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.
- Assign the staff in the management department to fulfill the maintenance job requirements within Maintenance Dept.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a technical field, maintenance, repairing, PLC…preferably in FMCG.
- Education: Graduated from College/University in Electrical Engineering/ Industrial Electric/Automatic or related fields.
