Giám sát nhà thầu bảo trì; đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật đáp ứng yêu cầu.Supervise maintenance contractors and ensure standards are met.
Tham gia Đội Ứng phó Khẩn cấp (ERT) và sắp xếp lịch trực của đội kỹ thuật.Participate in the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and manage Engineering team rosters.
Soạn thảo tờ trình phê duyệt trên hệ thống BPM liên quan đến mua sắm, ngân sách sửa chữa, bảo trì…Prepare approval documents on BPM system related to procurement, repair budgeting, maintenance, etc.
Hỗ trợ lắp đặt, kiểm tra, bảo trì hệ thống điện/cơ khí: trạm biến áp, máy phát, ATS, DB, chiếu sáng, HVAC, PCCC, bơm, motor, hệ ELV (FA/PA/CCTV/IPTV, parking…).Support installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical/mechanical systems including transformer station, generator, ATS, DB, lighting, HVAC, Fire system, pumps, motors, ELV systems, etc.
Được quyền phân công công việc, đề xuất thay thế vật tư – thiết bị, yêu cầu sửa chữa và báo cáo các vấn đề phát sinh.Authorized to assign tasks, propose material/equipment replacements, request repairs, and report arising issues.
Giám sát kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ; lưu trữ hồ sơ, lập báo cáo, đặt hàng vật tư – thiết bị.Monitor preventive maintenance plans; maintain records, prepare reports, place orders for materials/equipment.
Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát hoạt động kỹ thuật hằng ngày tại khu vực được phân công: kiểm tra thiết bị, theo dõi lịch bảo trì, xử lý sự cố và đảm bảo hệ thống vận hành an toàn – ổn định – tiết kiệm năng lượng.Supervise daily technical operations in the assigned area: equipment inspections, maintenance tracking, incident handling, ensuring systems operate safely, reliably, and energy- efficiently.
Chuẩn bị & kiểm tra bản vẽ phác thảo/thiết kế tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn an toàn và xây dựng.Prepare and review sketches or designs to ensure compliance with safety and construction codes.
Quản lý đội ngũ kỹ thuật: phân công công việc, đào tạo nội bộ, đánh giá hiệu quả làm việc; phối hợp với nhà thầu và các bộ phận liên quan.Manage technicians: assign tasks, conduct internal training, evaluate performance; coordinate with contractors and related departments.
Hỗ trợ Trưởng/Phó phòng Kỹ thuật đạt mục tiêu chiến lược của bộ phận.Support the Chief/Deputy Chief Engineer in achieving departmental strategic goals.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.Perform other tasks as assigned.

Am hiểu hệ thống M&E, HVAC, ELV, PCCC và quy trình bảo trì – sửa chữa.Strong knowledge of M&E, HVAC, ELV, Fire Protection, and maintenance processes.
Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên môn + 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý.Minimum 3 years of professional experience + 1 year in management.
Đọc bản vẽ, sử dụng AutoCAD, MS Office và BMS thành thạo.Proficient in technical drawings, AutoCAD, MS Office, and BMS.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Điện, Cơ khí, MEP, Điện lạnh hoặc tương đương.University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, Refrigeration Engineering or equivalent.
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản trong giao tiếp và làm việc với giấy tờ.Basic English level in communication and paperwork
Kỹ năng giao tiếp – đàm phán – phối hợp; phản ứng nhanh trong tình huống khẩn cấp.Good communication, negotiation, coordination; quick response in emergencies.
