Mô tả công việc
Lead, train, and motivate spa therapists and attendants to maintain high service standards.
Monitor treatment quality, hygiene, and compliance with spa policies and safety procedures.
Monitor inventory levels of spa products, amenities, and supplies.
Handle guest feedback, special requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Support the Spa Manager in achieving revenue targets and promoting spa services.
Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Supervise daily spa operations to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experience.
Manage staff schedules to ensure proper shift coverage and operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, or a related field.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and wellness services.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Well- groomed, professional appearance, and service- oriented mindset.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a spa environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
