Giáo Viên Tiếng Anh Thu Nhập Đến 35 Triệu (Hà Nội)

Location & Working hours:

Working hours: maximum 40 hours/week (2:00- 9:00 PM Monday to Friday, flexible on Saturday)
My Dinh Campus: 3rd Floor, Keangnam Landmark 72, Pham Hung Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi
Ciputra Campus: Shophouse A26, Sunshine City, Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Phase 2), Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi.
The schedule may change during spring, fall, summer, and winter breaks.

Responsibilities:
● Explain lessons in a clear, easy- to- understand way and motivate students to stay engaged in learning.
● Teach English lessons (Reading, Writing, Grammar, and Speaking) to students in small groups or 1- on- 1 settings.
● Help students complete school assignments and prepare for quizzes, exams, or English tests.
● Other tasks assigned by Vision Mentors related to teaching and student support.
● Support students in improving study habits, time management, and confidence.
● Join regular training sessions to develop teaching skills and classroom techniques.
● Contribute to lesson planning and material preparation.
● Communicate effectively with parents and the academic team about student progress.

Junior Mentor
● Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
● Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
● Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, or online teaching tools.
● At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with primary or lower- secondary students.
● English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0+ (or similar).
Senior Mentor
● English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.5+ / TOEFL 110+ / SAT 1450+.
● Strong English skills in reading, writing, and academic communication.
● Familiarity with international curricula (IGCSE, IB, AP, or A- Level) is an advantage.
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or related academic fields.
● Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably with middle or high school students.
● Excellent classroom management and student engagement ability.
● Ability to teach Math, Science, or Humanities subjects in English is an advantage.
● Organized, professional, and passionate about teaching and mentoring students.

● Salary range: 11,000,000- 15,000,000 VND/month (for Junior Mentor) and 20,000,000
- 35,000,000 VNĐ/month (for Senior Mentor)
