Expert Management & Content QA

Design, update, and deliver SOPs, workflows, and quality benchmarks for a group of global data annotation Experts.
Directly review and audit expert output, including:
Data labeling & annotation quality AI- generated math solutions (e.g., error correction, scoring, rewriting)
Problem sets & exercises sourced from OpenStax or other curriculum framework.

Math Content Operations

Spot and correct AI hallucinations or generation errors in math content on MathGPT.ai.
Collaborate with content teams to develop, validate, and curate high- quality math exercises for university and high school levels.
Ensure alignment with programs like OpenStax, US Common Core, and international math curricula.

Process Improvement

Actively utilize data & work with the Operations team to identify bottlenecks and propose timely solutions to optimize team processes continuously.

Solid background in Linear Algebra, Calculus- Analysis, Probability and Statistics (at undergraduate/graduate level).
Be able to communicate effectively in English, especially in reading and writing.
Be familiar with LaTex, MathType
Bachelor in Mathematics or STEM Education.
