With over 17 years of operation, VNEXT has grown to a team of more than 450 professionals, operating across five offices located in Hanoi and Da Nang (Vietnam), as well as Tokyo, Fukuoka, and Osaka (Japan).
ROLE OVERVIEW
VNEXT Holdings is building our marketing function from the ground up — and we are looking for a hands- on professional who can both plan and execute.
This position will focus on three core areas:
(3) Proactively generating leads and initiating early- stage engagement before handing over to Sales.
(2) Producing content targeting international B2B customers
This role reports directly to the Board of Directors and is ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact and grow into a managerial position as the Marketing team expands.
(1) Building and maintaining the website content foundation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Website & Case StudyMaintain a regular website content update schedule: case studies, solution pages, blogs, and landing pages by industry
Collaborate with the Kaizen Team (internal tool development team) to improve website UI/UX, structure, and content toward an industry- based approach; identify and resolve bottlenecks in the customer journey
Build a process to collect case studies from PMs/BrSEs after project completion and standardize them into web- ready formats (problem → solution → result)
Monitor website performance via GA4 and Search Console; propose improvements based on data
Produce B2B content aligned with real customer needs: case studies, solution briefs, whitepapers, industry blogs, email sequences (in English; Japanese is a plus)
Research and develop customer personas for target markets (Japan, Korea, Singapore, US) and industries
Optimize on- page SEO and build topic clusters by industry to drive organic traffic from international markets
Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent publishing across website and LinkedIn
Set up and operate systems to track user behavior on the website; identify buying signals and potential leads
Proactively generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, and other relevant B2B channels
Use CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent) to track, manage, and report lead status
Qualify leads (needs, company size, timeline) before setting up initial meetings
Conduct initial outreach, coordinate meetings, and prepare structured briefs for Sales handover
Experience & Expertise:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in B2B Marketing (IT outsourcing, enterprise software, or SaaS preferred)
Experience participating in or supporting lead generation and pre- sales outreach
Proven portfolio of B2B content: case studies, solution pages, industry blogs, or email campaigns
Skills & Tools:
Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to create and optimize content, automate parts of outreach, conduct research, and synthesize data to improve productivity in a small team
Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; basic on- page SEO experience (Ahrefs / SEMrush)
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent) to manage and track leads
Experience with LinkedIn outreach or B2B email marketing is a plus
Professional- level English writing skills: clear, concise, and aligned with international B2B tone
Personal Attributes:
Detail- oriented in content, agile in outreach — able to balance both effectively
Result- oriented mindset: measure performance through data (traffic, leads, conversion)
Self- driven and proactive: able to take ownership, plan, and execute independently
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary review twice per year based on performance and contribution.
Working days: Monday to Friday (off on Saturdays and Sundays) + annual leave in accordance with the current Labour Law.
