Develop and distribute e- newsletters and maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.
Assist Golf Sales Manager in optimizing the performance and visibility of The Bluffs’ official website and social media pages
Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns in coordination with Golf Sales Team.
Research and evaluate new marketing channels to increase online traffic and competitive positioning.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
Work professional, and collaborative work environment with co- workers and supervisors.
To proactively and independently look for opportunities that would bring new revenue to the Bluffs and attend any and all client meetings as requested by sales teams and or management.
Maintains business relationships with clients and provide excellence in customer service.
Ensure consistent and engaging brand image both internally and externally.
Responsible to assist the TGHT Marketing & Communication Team in seeking online marketing opportunities and in managing the SEO/SEM exclusively for all Bluffs channels while bringing revenue to the Bluffs Grand Ho Tram.
Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the Bluffs descriptive content & images to ensure parity on all OTAs channels and integrity with branded website.
Manage, update and ensure all Bluffs owned websites are user- friendly and filled with latest promotions, images, news and in- house activities.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Perform general office duties to support Sales and Marketing Department and Golf General Manager
Works closely with Front Office and Golf Operation department to coordinate for VIPs.
Regularly update The Bluffs’ websites/ social media pages with current promotions, images, news, and in- house events.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Attend any and all major Club Run events for support and to look for marketing opportunities emanating from events.
Ensures all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.
Organize and participate in pre- event/convention meetings with clients and relevant departments.
Work closely with Bluffs Sales Team for coordination and preparation of Sales leads generated through Marketing channels and assist in all relevant documentation as required.

Basic Qualifications
Basic knowledge of front- end and back- end website functions (HTML, WordPress).
Strong understanding and appreciation of the concept of luxury and hospitality.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
College/ University degree is required.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse and cross functional team
Ability to remain calm and professional in high- pressure or challenging situations.
Motivated self- starter, able to work independently and willing to learn.
Well- groomed, professional appearance
1- 3 years experience in the E- Commerce or Digital Marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Demonstrated record of superior client and sales service.
Minimum 02 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the golf, hospitality, or tourism industry.
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and marketing- related software/tools.
Knowledge of sales, service, use of facilities and function space required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
