Graphic Designer (Packaging)

We are seeking a creative and proficient Graphic Designer with a strong focus on packaging design and marketing communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling packaging, brochures, campaign materials, and other collaterals that align with our brand identity. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a solid foundation in graphic design principles.
Responsibilities:

Brand Guardianship: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand experience.
Campaign Development: Develop the visual identity and assets for marketing campaigns, from concept to final execution.
Packaging Design: Conceptualize, design, and execute packaging solutions for our product portfolio, maintaining brand consistency and market appeal.
Marketing Collateral: Create a wide range of print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional items.
Video & Photo Editing: Utilize editing skills to create and refine video content and photography for campaigns and social media.
Project Management: Efficiently manage design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing and product teams.
Experience: 1- 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in packaging design and marketing communications.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) are mandatory.
Design Capability: A solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and print production.
Efficiency: Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of work, with an average capacity of 3- 5 packaging designs per day (depending on complexity).
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut) is a strong plus.
Language: Vietnamese native; basic English communication skills are preferred.
