Graphic Designer Team Leader

● In charge of training junior members to upskills and managing team- workload daily.
● Coordinate with Code Team to deliver final project outcomes.
● Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics, layouts, and motion ideas based upon client’s brief.
● Build ideas, concepts, and design direction & solutions for various purposes (both internal & external) and incorporate their feedback into the final deliver.

● Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (ex: Advanced Diploma in Multimedia (ADIM), Bachelor…)
● At least 5 years of experience as a Graphic/Motion Graphic Senior Designer, as well as a strong portfolio of related projects showcast.
Making original key visual design (SoMe Banners, Storyboard across channels/platforms; POSM; Landing page, Website, App,ETC.) and ensuring the visual products are aligned with Brand guideline and strategy.
Creating animations, videos with effects/elements, enhancing motion graphics.
● You pay strong attention to detail, accuracy, and have a keen eye for aesthetics & able to work under pressure
● You possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe XD, Figma…
● Be capable of hand- drawing
● You have communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
● Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques and tools
● You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
● High sense of creativity and responsibility
● Submit the most recent portfolio for the assessment process
