Key Responsibilities

Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Support company culture building and internal communication activities
Monitor HR reports, employee records, contracts, and related documentation
Act as HR business partner for departments across the organization
Manage and oversee daily HR & Administration operations

Solid experience in HR Operations & Administration
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of business operations and cross- functional coordination
HRBP exposure or business partnering experience is highly preferred
Proactive, hands- on, and able to work in a fast- paced environment
