We are looking for an HR- OD Specialist who is passionate about people growth, culture building, and meaningful employee experiences. In this role, you will help attract the right people, strengthen how we communicate and collaborate internally, and bring our culture to life both inside and outside the organization.

Bring the right people into the journey

Design and implement internal communication that keeps people informed, aligned, and connected to the organization’s direction, values, and goals.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives that reflect who we are as an organization and why people find meaning and growth in working here.

Create an environment where people enjoy doing meaningful work

Are curious, open- minded, and eager to learn
Have around 2+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related people functions
Value collaboration and teamwork
Communicate well and enjoy connecting people
Have strong recruitment or talent acquisition capability, especially in identifying individuals who align with both capability and culture
Enjoy working with people and supporting their growth

Tools you may use include Microsoft Office, Canva, and other tools that support communication and organization.
