Growth Marketing Lead (Blockchain/AI Special Projects)

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead (AI/Blockchain Special Projects).
Your job is to drive user growth and revenue growth. You’ll lead a small team and work directly with the core leadership to plan, execute, and optimize growth initiatives.
Responsibilities

Take ownership of key growth tasks and lead by example.
Lead a small, multi- role team handling marketing, community, and partnerships.
Working closely with product and operations leads to defining product positioning and go- to- market plans.
Coordinate with the dev team to shape product direction based on user and market feedback.
Set weekly and monthly KPIs for team members and guide them to hit their targets.
Plan and manage product launches from strategy to execution.
Track DAU, MAU, and revenue metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Adapt quickly to product or market changes in the fast- moving AI/Crypto space.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or BD within AI or Blockchain projects.
Data- driven and comfortable working with performance metrics.
Proven experience leading small teams and achieving measurable growth.
Fluent in written and spoken English (important).
Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Familiar with crypto user behavior and market trends.
Able to work fast, prioritize, and adapt to changing products and goals.A
