Main Duties:
As a Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in growing demand for Travel tickets by combining data/insight (BA) and commercial growth execution. You will work closely with Product, CRM/Marketing, and BD/Partner teams to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention with measurable business impact.
Join our dynamic Digital Goods Department in Be Group, where we develop a variety of digital services that enhance the all- in- one experience of Be users. Our offerings include online tickets for cross- city transport (Flight/Bus/Train), car rentals, telco payments, and more.
Demand growth strategy & execution (Flight/Bus/Train):
Own performance targets and weekly/monthly action plans to drive orders/GMV/users/retention, ensuring clear measurement and follow- through.
Identify key growth levers across the funnel (traffic → search → booking → payment → post- purchase) and build actionable growth plans by service and segment.
Data & insight (BA scope):
Build dashboards/reports to monitor, diagnose, and forecast performance; turn insights into prioritized initiatives.
Analyze user behavior and business performance; combine internal data with market research to generate insights for growth strategy.
Experimentation & conversion optimization:
Conduct post- launch analysis and provide data- driven recommendations to improve conversion and repeat rate.
Design and run A/B tests for pricing/promo mechanics, funnel UX improvements, and merchandising/placement (e.g., homepage entry, banners, search ranking).
Campaign & CRM collaboration (Commercial growth scope):
Partner with CRM/Marketing to plan and execute campaigns (segmentation/offer/timing), track performance, and optimize for acquisition and retention.
Commercial coordination with partners:
Work with BD/Partnership to evaluate deals and promo funding, monitor market/competitors, and propose commercial tactics to improve competitiveness by route/season.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills; comfortable working cross- functionally with Product, Marketing/CRM, BD, and Ops.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields- - if you think your background brings something to the table, we want to hear from you!
Strong analytical skills with hands- on experience in SQL/Excel and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI / Looker Studio).
2–5 years of relevant experience in growth/analytics/commercial/product growth roles; experience in OTA, ride- hailing, e- commerce, or digital services is a strong plus.
High ownership, growth mindset, detail- oriented, and a strong can- do attitude.
Commercial mindset: able to connect data insights to growth execution, promotion mechanics, and business impact.
Experience in online flight booking services (or travel tickets) is a plus.
