Guest Experience Manager

Monitor and manage the entire guest journey from pre- arrival to post- departure
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
Collect and analyze guest feedback from surveys, online reviews, and direct comments
Work closely with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and other departments to enhance service quality
Support the implementation of guest experience initiatives and loyalty programs
Provide insights and recommendations for service improvement
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem- solving abilities
