The Guest Experience Manager is a full- time, on- site role based in Hoi An
Responsibilities include managing and training the guest services team, resolving guest issues efficiently, enhancing the overall guest experience, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
This role involves overseeing guest interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and hospitality.
The manager will collaborate with various departments to create memorable experiences for all guests.

Experience in managing, coaching, and providing Training to teams
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Excellent abilities in Communication and Customer Service
Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high- quality service
Previous experience in hospitality or service- related industries is a plus
Strong problem- solving and decision- making capabilities
Strong skills in Guest Experience and Customer Satisfaction
