• Check with the housekeeping department to see if the room has been cleaned and ready to welcome guests
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
• Meet and respond to customer feedback on service quality
• Arrange rooms for guests, paying special attention to returning guests and VIP guests to have special room arrangements according to guests&039; habits
• Check the number of check- ins, check- outs, early check- ins and late check- outs
• Mainly responsible for contacting and receiving requests/bookings from Korean guests, translating information related to the resort&039;s services to guests
• Grasp information about customers&039; special requests to serve promptly
• Check and understand the number of guests who have booked rooms for the day and the following days
• Prepare welcome drinks to serve when guests arrive
• Mainly responsible for handling awards from Korean guests at the resort
• Act as the point of contact for Korean tourist groups arriving at the resort upon check- in
• Support relevant departments in translating the resort&039;s Korean documents
• Receive guest reservation information
• Support the Department Head in contacts with Korean guests at the resort
• Greet guests, guide guests to check in, check out, and answer information related to the resort&039;s products and services
Yêu cầu công việc
• Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với vị trí tương đương ở khách sạn/ resort 4 – 5 sao
• Có kiến thức sâu về HACCP, vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm
