Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Serve as the primary contact for VIPs, ensuring all departments are briefed on their needs.
Coordinate with departments to ensure rooms meet the highest quality standards.
Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Arrange personalized experiences and coordinate special guest requests.
Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the Property Management System.
Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check- in experience.
Manage the Guest Relations Desk, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.

Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proven experience in guest relations within hospitality, leisure, or entertainment.
Knowledge of Vietnamese culture and local Phu Quoc attractions.
Exceptional personal presentation and professional demeanor.
