Support to ensure the check- in screen in the Front Office computer is accurate and all details have been completed.
Learn to efficiently and courteously provide cashiering- related services and foreign exchange, information, and maintain good guest relations at all times
Be familiar with all room types and rates in the hotel and their availability status; upsell whenever possible.
Support other departments as assigned by the Front Office Manager and perform other tasks required.
Learn to post all charges without delay and update the folios, balancing of credit card, charges, and cash, and accurate handling of cash float.
Adhere to all credit procedures and accounting procedures as they pertain to the registration process.
Maintain a well- groomed appearance and a tidy work area, ensure that the ground floor lobby area including, is kept neat and clean at all times.
Be responsible for the correct and accurate preparation of weather messages as required.
Ensure that clear and constant communication lines are kept within all staff areas and Hotel departments.
Responsible for documents with serial numbers like official receipts, paid- out forms, rebates, currency exchanges, etc.
Support filling the supporting bills onto the respective guest bill docket.
Support to ensure registration cards are accurately completed as per the required laws.
Support to record all the vouchers received by checking against the system to match with guest reservations.
Support courtesy and hospitality across the desk, file registration cards for arriving guests, and post advance deposit.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
Guest service oriented and good English communication.
At least 2 years of hands- on experience in a similar position.
Strong sense of commitment and unquestionable integrity.
Willing to assist other departments where needed.
Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
