• Reports directly to the Front Office Manager and have dotted line with the Quality & Attitude manager
• Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring that at all times maximum guest satisfaction is being achieved though guest recognition and prompt cordial attention.
• Assist in maintaining a close working relationship with all Departments of the Hotel.
• Use your supervision skills effectively to encourage and motivate staff.
• Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned.
• Establish good public relations with all guests.
• Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times.
• Train and develop other welcomers in the team
Yêu cầu công việc
• English fluently and relevant degree.
Computer proficiency, Fidelio /Opera knowledge is essential.
• Good presentation, confident speaking skills.
• Ability to work in a computer based, multi- task environment.
• Enthusiastic.
• Good listening skills and ability to anticipate.
• At least 1 year experience handling all Front Office functions.
• Dynamic
• Spontaneous and empathic.
• Team spirit.
