To support in handling guest check- ins and check- out efficiently and in a professional manner, having a thorough knowledge of the check- in and check- out processes and all registration requirements.
Chinese, Japanese, and Korean- speaking guests.

Mandatory: Ability to communicate confidently in ONE of following languages:
Chinese (Mandarin) or
Japanese, or
Korean
Advanced English communication skills are preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Cultural awareness and sensitivity toward international guests.
Strong service mindset with genuine passion for guest experience
Bachelor&039;s degree or Diploma from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, Languages or Relevant majors .
