Scope of work:
Welcome, seat, and farewell guests; act as the first point of contact and public face.
Manage reservations and handle bookings during service.
Support the Guest Service team and assist in handling guest concerns/complaints.
Proactively promote and sell events, spaces, and promotions.
Maintain strong knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
Work collaboratively with all staff (hostesses, waiters, managers).
Report issues to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Follow company policies, procedures, and staff schedules.

• Impeccable personal hygiene and grooming.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience (hotel, tourism, advertising, sales, marketing) at the similar position.
