Discuss with customers directly for Forecasts & Purchasing Order
Forecast processing and management:
Load & Upload future Forecasts to SAP, manage FCST accuracy
PO processing and management:
Escalate critical demands
RTF management
Create sales order and manage backlog
Generate Price Approval Requests
Price check
Price registration
Process Sample Requests: Register sample request ( Mass Production, R&D )
Shipment processing:
Forwarder selection and request booking
Upload invoice and packing list for KMS shipment to SAP.
Send Invoice and Packing list
Create invoice/PL and request shipment
QA registration:
Supporting local sales on QA audit and coordinating with internal team to complete the audit
QA notification registration
Return order handling and credit note
AR Management
Payment processing
AR (Account Receivable) check
