Strategic Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing and sales plans for the company’s product groups, including strategies for each stage of the product life cycle.
Market Research and Analysis:
Provide recommendations on product features, pricing strategies, and sales promotion programs to support nationwide sales activities.
Conduct in- depth market research to stay updated on new product information, competitor activities, customer needs, and market trends.
Cross- functional Collaboration:
Work closely with relevant departments to address product- related issues, sales challenges, and merchandising/display concerns.
Product Development and Innovation:
Propose innovative ideas for new products and collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) department to ensure timely product development aligned with the company’s plans.
Team Management and Training:
Manage, train, and guide Product Management (PM) team members to effectively perform their assigned responsibilities.
Reporting:
Prepare periodic and ad- hoc reports as required by senior management, providing analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.
Team Coordination:
Coordinate activities within the team and across departments to ensure smooth collaboration and achievement of shared objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Major:
Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Foreign Languages:
English proficiency required; Korean is an advantage.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software.
Experience:
Preference for candidates with experience in FMCG, nutrition, or food industries.
5–10 years of working experience in Marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in Product Management, Branding, Trade Marketing, or Market Research is highly preferred.
General Competencies:

Strong skills in project execution and operational coordination.
Leadership Competencies:
Proven ability to manage and lead teams.
