Responsibilities:

Manage reservations and appointment schedules efficiently.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the service team to coordinate and optimize guest experiences.
Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast- paced environment.
Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide detailed information about our grooming and wellness services.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests with prompt and courteous responses.

Requirements:

Proficient in basic computer skills and booking systems.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of grooming and wellness services is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high- energy environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Benefit:

Meal allowance: 40,000 VND per working day.
Salary: 10- 15M based on experience plus 13th month salary.
Sales incentive.
