Organization Development Executive is responsible to build up assessment center & cooperate with stakeholders to design & build- up competency frameworks and provide learning and development activities needed in organizations.

Design and Operating Assessment Centre
- Build and regularly update the Assessment Center that matches with company&039;s multi- format business.
- Design and delivery training needed for Assessment Centre.
- Continuously propose new ideas for improve the efficiency of the Assessment Centre.
- Evaluate and analyse the assessment results.
- Update and propose new assessment tools.
- Design competency framework for the whole company.
- Work closely with related departments to collect learning materials for Assessment Centre.
Design and develop competency framework
- Design and update competencies framework.
- Evaluate and improve the competency framework regularly.
- Work closely with other departments to discover the competencies.
- Analyse the business formats to design company&039;s competency framework that matches with the multi- format.
Organize training courses
- Develop full set of training materials, including Training Slides, Training Outline, Training Guideline, Test.
- Identify the needs and execute training events.
- Plan, get and manage training budget.
- Design staff training programs based on company and employee needs.
- Oversee the quality of training sessions run by external vendors and trainers.
- Facilitate training sessions by leading group discussion or role- playing activities; assist foreign trainers if needed.
Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company&039;s policies, rules and regulations.
- Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
Other duties
- Coordinate with other Depts. to take part in organizing Aeon annual events, including: look for event conventions to hold Aeon events and negotiate for the best possible price.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Academy Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong communication skills, especially public speaking and presentation.
Organization skill, adaptability.
University degree.
Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
Positive thinking and humble.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
Minimum 03 years of training experience.
