Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling a premium residential township project in Hai Phong to high- end individual buyers and investors. This role requires strong interpersonal and presentation skills, a deep understanding of the local property market, and the ability to deliver a professional, customer- centric sales experience.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the sales process.
• Engage and build relationships with high- net- worth clients through property tours, events, and personal consultations.
• Coordinate with the Sales Administration and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and payment tracking.
• Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide feedback to the Sales Manager.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and investment motivations to provide suitable property recommendations.
• Manage the full sales process from inquiry to contract signing and handover, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Support sales campaigns, marketing activities, and client engagement events.
• Actively promote and sell the company’s residential units to prospective buyers and investors.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to drive sales conversion.

Minimum 40 training hours per year
