Role Summary:
Lead the end- to- end HR function for a factory, covering shopfloor staffing for shifts, timekeeping & payroll accuracy, labor relations and union partnership, compliance with the Vietnam Labor Code and EHS/Fire regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage labor contracts, probation letters, renewals; keep personnel files complete (HSNV).
• Run payroll on time with 100% accuracy; handle PIT and SI/HI/UI filings; keep pay slips and reports.
• Handle grievances and discipline per Internal Labor Regulations.
• Prepare simple HR dashboards: hiring, turnover, absenteeism, OT, payroll accuracy.
• Recruit shopfloor staff fast: operators, QC, maintenance, warehouse (JD, sourcing, interview, offer, onboarding).
• Work with Trade Union on welfare activities and monthly dialogue meetings.
• Manage timekeeping (biometric), OT, leave; send daily/weekly headcount reports.
• Support inspections/audits from DOLISA, Social Insurance, Fire Police; close findings on time.
• Maintain HR policies/handbook; communicate clearly in Vietnamese; basic English for reporting.
• Coordinate medical checks, PPE issue, and mandatory trainings (fire safety, hygiene/EHS).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Engagement score improvement and completion of action plans.
• Payroll accuracy and on- time statutory filings: 100%.
• Zero critical compliance findings in audits/inspections; CAPA closure on time.
• Absenteeism rate, frontline turnover, and OT utilization within target bands.
• Hiring lead time for operators/technicians; 90- day and 1- year new- hire retention.
• Training hours per worker, certification pass rates, EHS/Fire training completion: 100%.
Tools:
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; data dashboards for HR KPIs.
• Biometric timekeeping systems.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements:
• Comfort operating on the shopfloor and influencing supervisors/line leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business/Psychology or related; HR certifications are a plus.
• Fluent Vietnamese and functional English.
• Strong knowledge of shift policies, OT calculations, SI/HI/UI, PIT, and labor relations with trade unions.
• 3- 5 years of HR experience in factories (FMCG/food/agri- processing/electronics preferred) with hands- on timekeeping & payroll.
• Working knowledge of EHS/Fire safety training requirements and audit readiness.
