[HCM] Brand Manager (in charge of Hapacol)

Develop a master plan for new and existing products, including Product positioning, pricing strategy, communication strategy, and marketing programs.
Monitor and manage Brand budget and profitability to ensure activities stay within the approved budget and other financial indicators.
Planning medium and long- term strategies of the Brand to ensure the achievement of annual and long- term goals, including Revenue, profit, and other marketing goals.
Planning, evaluating, and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Lead the implementation of the approved brand&039;s marketing plan.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 3 years of working experience in the same position at an MNC in the Healthcare industry or the Consumer business industry
Proficient in the use of office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).
Understanding clearly about consumer- driven Marketing, strongly understanding communication, and a deep dive into market reports
Good communication, reading, and understanding of documents in English.
Keen on work, ability to work under high pressure
Prefers candidates who graduated from universities, majored in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics
