KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Coordination
Support project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure milestones are met.
Assist in planning, tracking, monitoring innovation projects in Skin Cleansing & Oral Care.

Cross- Functional Collaboration

Maintain accurate project records, reports, and presentations.
Support preparation of status updates for leadership, team reviews (biweekly project update, monthly DSR and monthly RCDSR).
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency.
Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies.
Final- year students/Fresh Graduates studying in Business, Economics, or other relevant fields, with less than 01 year of experience (internship or project work in FMCG, healthcare, or personal care is a plus).
Interest in consumer health, personal care, and innovation.
Strong organizational and time- management skills.
