ASSOCIATE MARKET CONSULTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION

We look for dynamic- capabilities associate market consultant (AMC) whocan actively contribute to different project types under the leading of projectmanagers, in typical activities below:

Data gathering and data collection process, using various types of information sources towards the research objectives, such as information about industries, market trends, competitive environment, legal environment, market stakeholders, market size, consumers behavior, etc.
Taking part in organizing, coordinating business support projects such as business matching, market visits etc.
Implementing different research activities using different methodologies and techniques, including desk research, quantitative & qualitative research (such as design interview questionnaires, conducting survey, organizating and supporting process of consumer interviews, expert interviews, focus group discussions etc.)
Other tasks as assigned. Performing all the work with regards to strict follow of confidentiality rules
Supporting in making proposal / sales process to new projects opportunities. Analyzing clients’ requests and issues, co- develop research and/or business support solutions in order to address clients’ objectives.
Data analysis and making part of research & consulting report under support of project managers. Be able to learn and use software and tools for data analysis such as SPSS, power BI, SQL database

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications for AMC level

Good in written/verbal communication, interpersonal and analytic skills
Have experience related to the work is a plus
High commitment & responsibility toward managing project deadline
Proficient in Microsoft office, able to learn & apply databases and statistical packages
Holding Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics or related fields
Good at English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 and above) OR/AND Japanese (equivalent to N3 or above). Good at Japanese is preference.
