Customer Support Full Time- Night Shift

JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintain precise data processing progress to optimize patient care and treatment.
Conduct checks 1- 2 days before the patient&039;s appointment to ensure valid and complete insurance coverage.
Categorize content and forward information to the attending physicians or relevant departments.
Review and verify patient insurance information based on lists provided by One Health.
Monitor and check the fax inbox daily to receive timely information from partners.
Accurately update verification status into the system to support the clinic&039;s admission process.

WORKING TIME & LOCATION

Woking Time: Night shift from 23:00 – 08:00 (Monday to Friday). Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) off.
Location: Bellsystem24 Vietnam Office – 18A Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 06 months in Customer Service; candidates with prior experience in the healthcare or medical industry are preferred.
Associate’s degree or higher.
Willingness to learn new knowledge and quickly adapt to a professional working environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, fast typing speed, and a high sense of responsibility.
Strong English reading and comprehension skills to work with systems and medical records.
