Xuất phát từ ý tưởng kết hợp kỹ thuật ủ bia của Mỹ và nguyên liệu tươi mới, độc đáo của Việt Nam để tạo nên những ly bia tươi có chất lượng tuyệt vời, người sáng lập của chúng tôi, John Reid, đã bắt tay cùng với Alex Violette, trưởng nhóm ủ bia tại Upslope Brewing tại Boulder Colorado, cho ra đời Pasteur Street Brewing Company.
Hiện tại, Pasteur Street đã phủ sóng tại hơn 300 địa điểm, đặc biệt ở các thành phố lớn như Hồ Chí Minh, Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng, Hội An và Nha Trang, cũng như ở Sapa, Mũi Né, Vũng Tàu và Phú Quốc. Hiện tại chúng tôi đã có 3 chi nhánh tại Hồ Chí Minh, 1 ở Hà Nội và 1 ở Hội An

JOB DESCRIPTION

CampaignExecution (Core Responsibility)
· Own the execution of all marketingcampaigns across taprooms, ensuring on- time and high- quality rollout
· Coordinate with internal teams toensure campaigns are implemented correctly across all locations
· Track execution progress andproactively identify and resolve issues
Supplier &Production Management
· Monitor supplier performance andensure alignment with campaign requirements
· Coordinate with suppliers forproduction of POSM, materials, and campaign assets
· Manage timelines, costs, and qualityof deliverables
Digital Platform Management
· Monitor customer reviews and feedback,flagging insights to the team
· Coordinate with relevant team membersto improve visibility and engagement
· Manage and update key digitalplatforms (Website, Google Business, TripAdvisor)
· Ensure all content (menu, visuals,promotions, store information) is accurate and up to date
PromotionMonitoring & Reporting
· Monitor campaign execution across alllocations to ensure consistency and quality
· Prepare weekly reports on:
Executionstatus
Keyissues and gaps
Campaignperformance (where applicable)
· Track marketing- related costs andensure alignment with budget
Coordination& Cross- functional Alignment
· Act as the central coordination pointbetween Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders
· Ensure clear communication andalignment on campaign timelines and deliverables
· Follow up on action items and ensuredeadlines are met
Event &Activation Support
· Coordinate logistics to ensure smoothexecution
· Support planning and execution ofevents and activations as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Strong coordination and project management skills
3–5 years experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, or similar roles (F&B / Retail is a plus)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail- oriented with strong execution mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
