JOB DESCRIPTION
Help with scheduling appointments, meetings and events.
Ad- hoc job- related duties when be assigned
Perform customer service jobcard checking & closing in system.
Assist in report, data analysist & power point presentations.
Ad- hoc document translation
Perform general administrative duties such as travel & expense process, data entry, document record & filling.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in computer skills (MS software, especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Able to commit for 6 months working.
Passion to learn & growth mindset. Work with focus, carefulness & details.
Advanced English skill
