JOB DESCRIPTION
• Support management of Recruitment pages: Facebook, LinkedIn, Website...
• Other jobs as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Support TA team in posting job & sourcing suitable candidates (CV) for recruitment vacancies at HSC.
• Support testing the Recruitment System to ensure system functionality and data accuracy.
• Participate in the development of employer branding ideas, engagement employee events, internal workshop for HSC.
• In charge of admin jobs, entering recruitment database.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Be careful, detailed, work responsibly.
• Final- year student or university graduation with major in Human Resources, Economics, Social Sciences or relevant fields.
• Self- study skills, proactive in work, don&039;t be afraid to be hard, withstand the pressure.
• Proficient in English (for both written & communication).
• Have good writing skills or using design, image or video editing software is an advantage.
• Passion for Human Resources- Recruitment. Can intern full- time for 6 months.
