Job Responsibilities

Prepare, submit, and follow up on monthly client billings.
Support Project Managers in creating and updating project codes in internal systems.
Support payment processes for subcontractors and vendors.
Monitor timesheets and project- related administrative tasks.
Support Accounting team for month- end closing activities.
Other details will be discussed in the interview

Requirement

Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Accounting/Finance or related field.
Proactive, detail- oriented and good communication skill
High fluency of English (written & spoken)
Can work full- time (40 hours/week) during the internship
