What You’ll Do
F&A collector is responsible to monitor collection system, responsible for all credit collection- export, import, freight collect, duty & tax and free domicile. Prepare reports on calls made- daily, update call history. Process suspension of credit accounts and follow up resumption request after customer cleared all AR outstanding and bad debt amount.

Admin for receipt management
Answer customers&039; inquiries and generate reminders for collection.
Responsible for all credit collection- export, import, freight collect, duty & tax and free domicile.
Process suspension of credit accounts and follow up resumption request after customer cleared all AR and bad debt amount.
Maintain the credit term and identify delinquent customers by reviewing customers&039; aging reports.
Call / Visit / Send reminders to customers.
Ad- hoc reports/assignments from Team leader, Supervisor, Manager
Call customers for payment on outstanding accounts. MUST MEET OR EXCEED THE MONTHLY COLLECTION TARGETS.
Prepare reports on calls made- daily, update call history.
Pass to 3rd party collection for bad debt accounts.
Admin for 3rd party collector: control log/payment/contract.
Compliance to reporting requirements.
