Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Owner Intern to join our team, focusing on designing and improving internal- facing products and workflows. This role will drive the development of tools that enhance operational efficiency across departments such as Commercial, HR , Finance and other departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong product sense, process mapping capability, and cross- functional collaboration experience.
Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the Product Owner: Conduct user research, Develop scope of work, Define backlog items, PRD (Product Requirements Document) and other product assets
Support the Product Owner in planning and specific products, detailing system features and building visible products.
Refer to family support products: Troubleshoot issues, Support bug handling, Collaborate with teams for quick resolution

Qualifications

Strong problem- solving and process analysis skills.
Proven track record of launching or improving B2B/internal- facing products.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
0- 1 years of experience in product management, business process design, or digital transformation, ideally with exposure to internal tools or enterprise systems.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and process design platforms (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro).

Preferred Experience

Experience working in tech companies; or large- scale retail, FMCG enterprise environments
