JOB DESCRIPTION

CampaignSetup & Operations
• Input campaign parameters intointernal tools, verify logic and conditions thoroughly before campaigns golive.
•Set up demand- side promotions:discount codes (vouchers), cashback, free delivery offers, and time- limiteddeals targeting specific user segments (new users, lapsed users, loyal users).
• Monitor active campaigns daily- catch errors early, flag anomalies, coordinate fixes with the relevant team.
• Work with Ops and Product teams toconfigure driver incentive campaigns: quests, bonus blocks, time/zone- basedrewards, and top- up programs.
• Configure eligibility conditions(service type, minimum order value, geography, validity window) and runthorough pre- launch checks before publishing.
• Support budget estimation andsupply impact modeling ahead of campaign approvals.
PerformanceTracking & Reporting
• Build weekly and monthlyperformance reports by vertical and by market.
• Consolidate campaign data acrossboth sides: driver incentives (participation rate, quest completion, burn rate)and customer promotions (redemption volume, CAC impact, retention signals).
Research& Recommendations
• Conduct regular benchmarking ofcompetitor incentive and promotion mechanics (Grab, Xanh SM, ShopeeFood, etc.).
• Propose campaign designimprovements based on data patterns and on- the- ground feedback.

REQUIREMENTS

Required
• Able to manage multiple tasks inparallel and meet deadlines in a fast- moving environment, without sacrificing accuracy.
• Solid Excel / Google Sheetsskills: pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, you should be comfortablebuilding tracking sheets from scratch.
• 4th year student or recentgraduate in Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Fast executor: you can pick up anew task quickly, ask the right clarifying questions upfront, and deliverwithout needing to be chased.
• Detail- oriented by default: youdouble- check conditions before submitting, you notice when numbers don&039;t addup, and you don&039;t let configuration errors slip through.
