We are looking for proactive, game- passionate individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and driving projects forward. This role is designed for candidates who aspire to build a career in the gaming industry, operations, and project management.

• Support Project Managers in coordinating game publishing and operations projects.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Track project timelines, milestones, action items, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Prepare meeting notes, summarize key discussions, and track action items through to completion.

• Clearly communicate project updates, requirements, feedback, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in daily communication with Chinese game developers and publishing partners.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with partners and cross- functional teams.
• Support information alignment between partners and internal teams.

• Provide interpretation support during meetings when required.
• Translate project- related documents, emails, reports, and meeting materials between Chinese and Vietnamese/English.
• Organize and maintain project documentation in a structured manner.

• Actively experience game content and develop an understanding of product features, updates, and player feedback.
• Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and business reviews.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis.

• Third or final- year student majoring in Chinese Language, Business Chinese, International Business, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written Chinese communication skills.
• HSK 6

• Structured thinking and strong information processing skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand project context and business objectives.
• Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast- paced environment.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Interested in project management, game publishing, and game operations.
• Willing to actively experience game content and understand player perspectives.
• Passionate about games and the gaming industry.

• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Jira, AI tools, or other productivity tools.
• Familiarity with Chinese games and gaming market trends.
• Experience in student clubs, event organization, community management, or project coordination.
