JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Mass Recruitment
• Coordinate with Operations/Project teams to understand manpower needs, project timelines, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Build and maintain effective mass recruitment sources for PG, PB, Helper, Supervisor, Team Leader and other field- force positions.
• Select suitable recruitment channels, screen candidates, evaluate basic fit, and ensure the candidate pipeline meets project requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and deliver qualified profiles on time according to project timelines.
• Prepare weekly/monthly mass recruitment reports and highlight hiring risks, bottlenecks, and proposed solutions.
Data Management
• Maintain a large- scale candidate database with clear tracking of source, status, availability, quality and hiring result.
• Track recruitment performance and provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, source effectiveness and candidate quality.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in agency, headhunting, event, activation or field- force environments.
• Direct experience in mass recruitment for PG, PB, Helper, Supervisor, Team Leader or similar project- based roles is highly preferred.
• Good communication, persuasion, negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong follow- up, data tracking and problem- solving skills; able to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requests at the same time.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets for candidate database and recruitment reporting.
