JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Objectives:
This position will be responsible for supporting Consultant in various recruitment orders from clients. The job holder will work closely with consultants to provide professional recruitment services in a timely manner.
Description:

Supporting with sending related information to Outsourcing Consultant in charge to offer candidates.
Supporting with sourcing candidate profiles.
Supporting with scheduling interviews between clients and candidates as appropriate.
Take part in team projects as assigned.
Work closely with team to proactively exchange information on the clients and candidates.
Develop and maintain business relationships with consultants and other internal departments to provide quality services in timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Ability to work full- time in 6 months.
Proactive and self- driven.
Detail- oriented and precise.
Capable of maintaining high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3rd or final- year student from University majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Economics and relevant.

Working time: Monday to Friday (9h00 – 18h00)
Location: STAR Building- 33 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Sai Gon Ward (District 1), HCMC.
