JOB DESCRIPTION

Support attendance tracking, data entry, and tracking of training records
Support preparing facilitation during training/testing sessions (room booking, equipment setup, materials preparation)
Assist in organizing and monitoring internal tests/examinations, including result preparation.
Support communication (sending announcements, reminders, scheduling)
Assist in collecting feedback and consolidating evaluation results

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS

4th- year students, Undergraduates, or Fresh Graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Able to commit to a full- time internship for at least 3 months.
Proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets and PPTX/Google Slides.
Detail- oriented, teamwork spirit, and learning agility.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Have experience in HR and L&D is a plus.
