Job Description

Contract & Legal docs of Company:
Manage and submit documents of application, amendment to the competent authorities;
Draft and revise contracts, agreements, forms, and relevant legal documents;
Legal Update and Advice:
Keep abreast with updates in Vietnam Laws;
Legal researching about enterprise, investment, banking- finance etc. as prescribed in law;
Other duties:
Support daily admin works of the Legal department.
Translate contracts, agreement, and relevant legal documents;

Requirement

An independent, confident, excellent team- work and knowledge- sharing spirit;
Proficient in English;
4th year students or graduated Students from Universities, major: Law, Economic – Law;
Able to work full- time, intern duration- 6 months;
Demonstrated good communication, responsibility, and loyalty;
Discretion, ability to work under pressure.
Carefulness in reading and understanding;
