Record and manage accounting books for reconciliation- related transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Execute other tasks as required by direct management.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during reconciliation, payment.

High sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork skills.
Knowledge of Power Query/ SQL is an advantage.
Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting or Finance or related fields.
Strong problem- solving and communication skills.

Develop conversational flows and scripts for the chatbot, ensuring the tone is engaging, helpful, and aligned with our brand voice.
Create compelling content for in- app and out- of- app touchpoints (e.g., push notifications, in- app messages) to encourage users to engage with the chatbot.
Work with the product and development teams to ensure the content is seamlessly integrated into the chatbot&039;s user experience.
Support tracking and analysis of content KPIs, summarize insights, and propose data- backed next steps.

Propose and implement optimizations to the data collection process to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency.
Analyze data to identify content gaps and areas for improvement in the chatbot&039;s knowledge base.
Actively collect and categorize useful data from trusted sources to strengthen Moni&039;s knowledge base.

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
Possesses logical thinking, basic data analysis skills, and the ability to transform data into compelling stories.
Capable of researching and synthesizing information from various sources.
Proficient in using AI to improve daily productivity and optimize processes.
Proactive, eager to learn and be a collaborative team player with a high sense of responsibility.
Final- year or third- year student majoring in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
