The Project Management Intern will support the project management team in coordinating client campaigns and internal workflows. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role contributes by ensuring smooth communication, timely deliverables, and well- organized project documentation, helping the team deliver high- quality outcomes to clients.

Help communicate with clients to gather information, schedule meetings, and follow up on requests
Support in preparing client proposals, presentations, and reports
Take meeting notes, manage project timelines, and track deliverables
Assist in managing digital marketing projects across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Website, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media, tech) to ensure smooth project execution
Help maintain project management tools and documentation

Able to work in a fast- paced, collaborative environment
Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
Detail- oriented with good organizational and time management skills
Eager to learn about digital marketing and client servicing
